introduced in this issue of
109PRESS. Check-out the appetizing menu and the array of

 Omelet
Curry Lunch Set
¥892（Tax included）
(Limited to 10 servings per day, served with salad)
I boldly ordered a “Omelet Curry Lunch Set” limited to
10 servings per day from MA MAISON, a specialty restaurant
in orthodox western cuisine. The aroma from the appetite-actuating
curry and soft egg dispersed around the room from my plate.
This restaurant is particular about the eggs for this dish,
which are indeed a soft delicacy! And according to Mr Matsuhara,
the chief of the house, “I use roughly 3 eggs, making the
outside nice and firm, and the inside mellow and soft”.
MA MAISON has been opened ever since the opening of SHIBUYA109
itself. Straight Omelets were a very popular dish at the
time of the opening, but now the popularity trend has shifted
to Omelet Rice. I guess the trade secret stems from the
fact that this restaurant has been serving omelets from
way back…
 Cremet
D’Angers ¥525（Tax included）
What’s more, don’t forget to take a look
at the hand-maid desert menu available here. I highly recommend
“Cremet D’Angers”, which is only available at the SHIBUYA109
store. It is a cheese cake, served with blueberries and
cream sauce.
This fluffy luxury leaves a sticky feeling on the mouth.
“Cremet D’Angers” is only available if you dine-in, but
all other deserts are available for take-out. |
