Q. Is there a car park?
A. Unfortunately, SHIBUYA109 does not have a car park. However
TOKYU Group has contracted car parks that are located in
the basement of the TOKYU Department Store. Free parking
is available for customers who make a purchase of ¥5,000
or more.

A. Unfortunatley, there are no ATMs in the building. However
if you
Cross the intersection from the SHIBUYA109 main entrance, you
will
find many big banks such as Mizuo Bank.
Q. Are coin lockers available in the building?
A. No, unfortunately they are not. You will find coin-lockers
right outside the B2 exit that connects to the subway.
Q. Can I take photos inside the building?
A. All forms of photography are prohibited.
A. For those who wish to take pictures of products, you must:
Obtain a Photography Permit from the SHIBUYA109 office on 8F
Have the approval of the shops you want to visit
Have a Publishing Permit.
HOW DO I GET TO SHIBUYA109?
• The
Bullet Train
• You can catch The Bullet Train from all over Japan. When coming
from Tohoku, Joetsu, Shinetsu, you will be led straight to
Tokyo Station where you can change to the ‘JR Yamanote
Line’. Make sure you go on the JR Yamanote Line that
passes Shinagawa, Shibuya, Shinjyuku. Try to go in one of
the cars in the front, because The Hachiko Exit, the exit
closest to SHIBUYA109 from SHIBUYA Station, is at
the far front once you get to SHIBUYA. Once you get out of
Hachiko Exit, you will see SHIBUYA 109.
• Coming from Haneda Airport
• There are 2 routes:
1. Catch the monorail to Hanamatsuchoand then change to the
JR Yamanote Line.
2. Take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa and then change to the
JR Yamanote Line.
